I think words do not do Forest and the rest of the staff justice. I have taken all of my Toyota vehicles there for service. When I have been out of town I have had to visit other Toyota dealerships/ service centers. Toyota of Santa Barbara is by far my favorite. Forest is a super cool dude, he should be rewarded for his awesomeness.

They handled the issue well enough that made me okay in the end. I have to plan these things around my daughters lunch and nap time, so when I found out that no one has even started on my car after 2.5 hours I was reasonably upset. I got there at 9, checked back at 11:30, everyone was super helpful and handled the issue well. Two men went straight to work on my car, the manager spoke with me and gave me a discount, I needed a new fob key battery and they comped that as well. All in all it went from being a 1/5 stars to a 3.5/5 star experience. My daughter ended up napping only on part of the car ride that day, which messed up the rest of my schedule for the day, but I’m grateful to have gotten my brake pads replaced. I am a little worried to take my car and my husbands car there again though because it always takes longer than the estimated time.
