I am far beyond disappointed and agitated with the amount of carelessness you have displayed in the handling of my vehicle. I asked the associate I spoke to NOT to place the magnetized service number on top of of my BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Instead of accommodating my wishes he did what HE WANTED TO DO and went against my ONLY REQUEST and has caused SEVERE damage to my pristinely kept LESS THAN 1YEAR OLD TRUCK. I decided to trust the company that makes these vehicles to handle them with care while in their possession for a routine maintenance service. This was my FIRST TIME leaving my car in your hands and it will NEVER happen again.

Dropped off car at Noon for appointment, told car would be ready by 3PM latest, waited 3.5 hours standing in front of 3 service advisors and car had not even moved by 3:00PM
I asked to Uber home and for a voucher and they said no voucher because your car is almost ready, i waited another half hour. I bought a new RAV4Prime and you had Old-**** Jeeps & Hyundais on the lift. WTF is wrong with you guys!?
