Really informative and spoke in simple terms which I appreciated, as I’m not very car savvy and I’m trying to be responsible about my vehicle while on a budget, so his suggestions and advice about my choices of care were very much appreciated and well received; I don’t feel he took advantage of my ignorance which is a huge plus for me and made this experience great.
