My appointment was at 10am Friday morning (6/10) for an oil change and tire rotation. I told the service rep that I would be waiting for it. At around noon I asked the rep for the status and discovered that it hadn’t even been started. If I hadn’t said something, I’m sure I’d be sitting around for at least another hour. It appears your scheduling process needs some attention.
