Intake process was very chaotic. Six customers arriving after me were processed before me. I had an 8:45 appointment but wasn’t seen by a service rep until 9:15. That said, my service rep, Rod Severson, was very good at expediting my “wait” service so that I was out 15 minutes earlier than requested. It would have been a perfect service experience if the intake was more orderly and efficient.
