Service was smooth. They took my car without an appointment and made it easy. The only criticism was not having the shuttle service and going thru Uber (ugh)... Going home the guy was creepy and returning to Toyota the car smelled like pot and both made it uncomfortable to wear my mask. I miss your amazing shuttle driver more now.

Well all the parts ordered were wrong so I still haven’t received any service. I also had a pair of AirPod pros in my cup holder that were missing once I got back into the car and the mechanics had been in it. So I believe they were stolen by one of your employees. The staff member who also ordered the parts when asked if he ordered them lied and said he didn’t for some reason. So it’s not been a great experience but the one main guy helping me has been quite nice and responsive so credit where due.
