Kept things professional and had an friendly demeanor. Rachel gave me an estimate from the beginning and was upfront about the other expenses after the diagnostic. She even added if I wanted to do certain things or not as an option. She also kept price in mind as we had our phone conversation when she called me. She seemed very busy but the staff were great and worked together even when Rachel was working with other clients one of her coworkers made sure to being my car up and paperwork while I waited.
