I feel I should have received a discount for customer loyalty, which I asked for and did not hear back on. I have only taken this car there since I bought it new, and $200 to diagnose should have been waived, since you did not catch anything on my previous service.

Rear windshield wiper needed replacement and even though the service calls that out as a check I was overlooked. This makes me wonder about the other inspections. Also I really wish they still washed the car as part of the service. Not sure why that stopped.
