Forest went above & beyond in terms of excellent service & communication. He gave me an accurate quote, kept me completely informed along the way, finished the car before I expected & was just an overall pleasure to work with! Toyota’s cost for the analysis, however, was nearly $600 which is excessive. I was thinking that $400 would have been a little high but acceptable; I was surprised at that high cost. Roland B
