No shuttle service for customers! I had to wait several hours for my car and my bill was over $800! I think Toyota can afford to bring back this service for those of us who don’t have a driver to pick us up and bring us back to the dealership.

After two hours, one broken computer, zero updates without my specifically going over and bugging the guy, and $200+ dollars, they (and presumably the error code reader were still unable to tell me the cause of, meaning of, or steps I can take to prevent this scary combination of warning light, loud alarm, and shut down from recurring.
I know they tried, but considering the best they could come up with was that they felt the car was safe to drive and I should just “bring it back in if this happens again.” I’m not sure their “feelings“ are sufficient and it was only mildly reassuring since if this happened again while I was, let’s say, on the freeway, I might be dead and therefore less able to bring my car in.
