Tod is a great Service Adviser and he has always kept my 2016 Sienna in perfect mechanical condition. It is the last vehicle I will probably own that I purchased from your dealership in April 2016. Amazingly the only out of pocket expense besides routine maintenance has been for the repair of the hood latch 4 years ago. Yesterday I had that latch replaced for safety reasons because it failed again. Thanks for maintaining my Special Sienna.

Robert was really helpful in helping me find new tires, providing quite a few options. He was also willing to consult with his manager about honoring the promotion with a set of tires I was interested in that was out of stock and wouldn’t be back in stock til way after the promo was over. I ended up going with another set of tires, but truly appreciate his efforts. He was very patient while I was coming to a decision, wasn’t pushy even though it was cutting close to the end of the promotion.
