Rick was direct and understood our problem and provided reasonable alternatives. It was a good experience. However, setting up the appt on line was difficult and cumbersome. To verify receipt, I had to call but service rep did not answer for 12 rings and could not provide a direct line to Rick. How bad is that? A one star for your facility’s phone system and staff training for knowing how to direct calls. They are the front line people representing SB Toyota for new customers and with labor charges by SB Toyota, I expected more.
