I made an appointment for 115. Simple service. I asked for a call to update me. I never received a call. I drove out at 5:15 and my service manager was defensive. Said he just got the paperwork. He proceeded to tell me that I have a battery that might be Bad air filter that needs replacing and that there's something inside my tire and I need a patch on my tire. I was shocked. Once again he told me five guys were sick the manager knows they're trying to get stuff together but I told him I'm driving for 30 days in this vehicle and am I gonna be OK? the worst service I've ever had. The worst dealership ever. It looks ghetto. Their seats are open stuffing coming out they don't wear uniforms just an absolute shameful dealership. They also don't vacuum or wash Window nothing. I am in the market for buying a new car. I consider the new Toyota. I will not buy or get service from this dealership ever again. And now I've gotta go find more service on Thanksgiving week to make sure that my tire isn't gonna blow and I die in some kind of accident. Goodbye Toyota.

This is the second time I’ve made an appointment, been told my car would be ready at a specified time and the car not ready when told, no notification it would be delayed and had to call and leave a message asking when it would be ready, got voice mail, no one called me back then came to dealership and after 5 hours of you having my car it still wasn’t ready.
