I love my car and Yan sold it to me two years ago and it has been the best experience every time I have brought it in for maintenance. Let me begin by saying I have been a loyal Toyota customer at this location for 30+ years.
Tod was pleasant to talk with, however, scheduling was a major issue.
He scheduled my appointment for 1 PM, knowing I planned to wait. My car sat untouched until 3PM. At 3PM I complained and five minutes later my car was moved and service started.
At 3:35 service was completed.
Tod said this delay was because five mechanics did not show up. Knowing this, I should have been called to re-schedule or at least let me know of the delay. Such a notification should be part of Toyota’s procedures.
