Very poor communication and customer service. I love the car, but it’s not a good experience. Even the day of when I went to pick it up dealership tried to change the agreement said they made an exception for me even though it was already signed. Just insulting. After the fact, I left three or four messages and emails for Tom and Mike Florez and not one callback. I had some questions about the car. That seemed to care. Your whole dealership was Angel. I’m still in disbelief that I got hung up on my Beni and I was never an apology just Terrible and unacceptable
