Yes, Todd provided excellent customer service. He explained clearly how my brakes were functioning and provided the status of what needed to be done following an inspection of the engine. Glad I had the servicing done as I am driving a long distance over the holidays

The lack of communication was terrible. I was super frustrated with not knowing if my vehicle was ready or not. I was not given a clear and direct answer. It took me 45 min to actually get a hold of someone. I left several msg to several different people. I had an appointment at 9:30. I had picked up my car at 6 but even then it was not made clear when my car was ready. I had got the msg that my car was done after I was already at the dealership. The fact that there is a call center doing the communication between staff and customers regarding their vehicle was terrible. Rick was fine and did his job but it was a very disappointing experience unfortunately

The people are friendly and the car service is good but I don’t understand why I made an appointment for 9:00 if they weren’t going to start working on the car until almost 11! I waited almost 3 hours for a simple 15,000 mile maintenance. Super frustrating.
