I was due for 20k service, but when I came in for 15k, the service rep requested a 20k service. Rep marked Saturday’s service as 25k. I asked to put my record back on track by recording this service as 15k or as “tire rotation only,” and neither could be done.
My appointment was for 8:45, and mechanic did not start on my car for an hour. Tire rotation took .5 hr, and charge was $112.75! I will not have this service performed at the dealership again!
None of this is the service writers fault, but this seems my only opportunity to complain.
