John listened to my concerns regarding the tire pressure in my tires. They need to be filled to 35 pounds. This was the 2nd service call I made as required (first at 5k and this one at 10k and the tire pressure both times was filled to only 30-31 pounds. The first time I was riding around on low tire pressure as my light came on which I did NOT appreciate, so this time I knew to check before pulling off the lot, and lo and behold, only 30-31 pounds. John listened and my tires were filled to the ideal 35 pounds. Thank you John.!! And thank you Jessie as she BOTH times was the person to fill my tires to 35 pounds.
