I was kept waiting for hours. The list of options to be installed apparently included an item that required a “specialist” to be present. He apparently was not scheduled to be at Bev Smith’s the day of my appointment, so I need to return , from Vero where I live, on yet another day, when the specialist is supposed to be working at Bev Smith’s. Disappointing. Inconvenient. Poor planning?
