I liked Tyler because he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need (last time was told I needed new tires and Tyler didn’t make my tires a crisis situation). I will need new tires later and will start saving. And when a coworker dropped me off to pick up my car I was approached by 3 sales people. This is not the first time the sales tactics have stressed me out during maintenance visits. I am glad I extended my service warranty and I love my vehicle but I dread every time I have to take my vehicle in as I know I will have to deal with aggressive sellers. Otherwise your service department is top notch and when I had an accident the repair department was wonderful as well -providing updates and repairing my Rav to perfection. So I am glad I bought a vehicle from Bev Smith. I just think sales could back off when coming in for maintenance. But I also understand you have vehicles to sell.

After my car was diagnosed, I was told I would be contacted about when I could bring it back for repair as the parts were not in stock. I told the respresentive I was going on a 1,000 road trip in 3 weeks and needed the repairs done before then. After not hearing back, I emailed and called multiple times and never got a response. After over two weeks I finally was able to connect and was told the parts were never ordered. I was then subsequently told a day later the repairs may be able to be made exactly three weeks after I brought the car in, which was too late as I was leaving for the road trip that day. I find the lack of communication unacceptable, the timing of potential repairs unacceptable, and the overall experience unacceptable.

I got there before my appointment they could not find my name for an appointment. Guess it was found after all now my car went in in was there from 11:20 am and had to go in and tell them I want my car. This was around 1:30 pm . Now you tell me if that was good service.

The wait was unacceptable. I was there at 7:55 and didn’t get acknowledged until almost 8:30 actually 8:21 am and then after working all night as a nurse and wanting to stretch my legs the customer service lady yelled at me to not get out of my car until Tori came. Luckily, Tori was very nice and apologized and was very helpful and was able to get me served fast and get home quickly and safely. I really appreciate Tori and commend her work ethic.
