Kim is amazing , she has outstanding customer service. She greeted me with a big smile and help me navigate through the lobby by opening the door for me because I was on crutches; she also offered me some coffee water and keep informed with the process of my car. I believe Kim bring great value to the company. The new building was spotless from time to time I saw a guy with a dust mop going back-and-forth and emptied out the trash cans being very diligent in his work. It important for an establishment to be neat and clean is it a direct reflection of the company. A lot of times people who do this type of work are overlook they don’t get enough recognition. Give them a pat on the back and tell them they’re doing a good job, but is good a monetary value for their hard work and appreciation goes further.

Kim Vest is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. My wife has had 6 different Toyotas and our experience with service has not slskesys been great.
