This was my first visit to Bev Smith service center. I've been to Toyota of Vero Beach several times, and was displeased with the treatment I received there. I will return to this location as long as I'm treated respectfully. I'm pleased with the service I received.

My name was spelt incorrectly in the system, I asked the service provider to change my name in the system which was not done. When my car was ready the provider called the wrong name in the waiting area. This lead me again to ask for my name to be changed in the system. Once I received my car there was dirt/oil on my center console and drivers seat door which is unacceptable.

Service was great but it was useless trying to sell me a four cylinder Toyota.This is my forth and last Highlander because of the four cylinder restriction. I have many friends and relatives who have switched to other brands hat still had six cylinders. We just don’t like the sound or smell he feel of a four cylinder.I have tried your four and don’t like the sound of the
motor sounds like it is in labor .Hope I find a car that drives and handles half as well as my Highlanders
