I take my car battery because it wasn’t working. At first they said to him that the battery had a full replacement. Then he call again the tech and told them that it’s supposed to be only half. They make me pay 130 for a replacement of a battery that only had 56,000 miles. Also their attention was the worst. He was just talking that he need to hurry up because he was leaving at 5:00. For me it’s the first and last visit to the dealer and I was thinking on February go and by a Highlander but I prefer to drive to West Palm where the customers are treated with respect.
