brought my truck in to receive an oil oil change I brought my own oil and oil filter in (mike) advised me that the oil change price went from $10 to $17 which is no problom. when my truck was ready (kevin) told me he was charging me 3.1 which I have no idea whats that's for,he charged me $45 and he said he feels like his mechanic should get this. I advised him that's (mike) said it should be $17 all he said was come back tomorrow (yet I also advised him I live in okeechobee. I also noticed that they never reset my (serive light) this has been the worse experience I have had.
