I picked up my car with it unlocked and my keys inside. The place was so busy and people were wandering everywhere, safer percussions should be taken to maintain the safety of the vehicles.

I waited from about 3:00 to 6:30 for a tow truck. And you charged me $99 and I really did not need a tow truck, just road side service (changing a tire.) I would really like to talk to someone about this. ****-****-xxxx Sally P

The truth about this visit is that it was fairly well planned, as I had the service recommendations from my last visit with me and Mike helped me get the discount that was applicable.
