Bad communication. Promised a rent a car - never received. Service rep lied that he left a message on a phone that does not exits. Same guy tell me to pick up my car on Sunday. I go on Sunday - service is not open. This is a second time I’m receiving such a bad service! Never again

My car was very late on being ready (about an hour). Told ok to come up and waited .. and waited. Apologies from Timothy and explained shortage of staff had slowed everything down. But I'm 45 minutes away and wasted 60 minutes. Next time .. don't tell me ok to come up til car is absolutely ready for pick up.
