My 2021 Highlander Hybrid was in for a dead battery issue the 2nd time, 5k miles service and a wind noise from the front windshield area. I was told it would be done in a 1-2 days. Then Bev Smith Service technician damaged my SUV by running over the vehicle lift arm and punctured my RF tire and damaged my rim. Took almost 2 weeks for repairs. Mike did not keep me informed in a timely manner as to my vehicle status nor did he provide a rental to replace my vehicle damaged under BS Toyota care. I called several times and he said he did not get the messages. I spoke to multiple BDC representatives, Relations manager, Jennifer, and Service Manager,Jim, who told me the damage was so small that I would not even notice, but they decided to fix it anyways. Missing a chunk of metal off my rim is substantial and I would notice. When I first left my car for service, I was told by Mike that he did not have any rental vehicles - this was false since I know of other people who got rentals at the same dealer later that week. My vehicle was given back to me with bugs and dirt all over, although I just had it washed and detailed prior to bringing it to dealer. This is absolutely horrible customer service.

I was completely satisfied with the service my car received at Toyota. Tyler, gets an AA+ from me. He is exceptional!! I will never take my Prius to any other maintenance shop. The staff is patient and explains everything that your car needs before beginning service on my car. Thanks very much.
