Kim is fantastic. She is both professional(gives clear description of the cars needs), but also kind, considerate and personal. a very rare combination.
The one problem I have is that all my adjustments have been changed, and I can’t seem to get them back. I realize that is my technological deficiency due somewhat to my age, but that issue is still quite annoying.

The service experience was great. Was kept well informed of the service being done on my vehicle as well as suggestions of items to get completed. I also was called about an issue I requested them to look at and got a quote. It’s a big expense so I am weighing my options.
The part I was not happy with was that someone who worked at the dealership swiped $5 from my vehicle. It’s not about the money but the fact that you trusted people to do work on your vehicle and they took advantage and stole money.
