When I arrived Mike seemed as if I was interrupting him. All he said was "what are you here for. He would know if he had read my appointment information. He also never spoke to me about recommend service for my car like the other folks that were waiting with me. Only a text.
Once I was done he handed me my paperwork and said "this is your last free service".
This was that most non personal, friendly service I have had in 4 1/2 years.
