When I first arrived, I was completely dissatisfied because they could not find my appointment and I had to either wait 3 to 4 hours or set up another appointment. When I called to make another appointment, I was so pleased that Mr. Joseph Stephen was on the other line and was able to find my appointment with ease. He suggested that I come right back to the dealership and he will take care of me.I had just reached home and decided to go back to the dealership. Mr. Stephen saved the day providing unparalleled service. I was also assisted by a gentleman name Alex who was walking around making sure that the place was neat. I was not acquainted with the coffee machine and he came to offer his help. I greatly appreciated that. I took the opportunity to speak to the manager and made some positive comments about both of them.

Kim is fantastic. She is both professional(gives clear description of the cars needs), but also kind, considerate and personal. a very rare combination.
The one problem I have is that all my adjustments have been changed, and I can’t seem to get them back. I realize that is my technological deficiency due somewhat to my age, but that issue is still quite annoying.
