Brought my truck in for an oil change. At the two hour mark I found her and asked what was taking so long. She said the work was complete and that she tried to contact me. She did not try very hard as I was sitting in the waiting area the whole time. No one called my name inside. When I confronted her she said that she texted me
That was true, but if that is going to be the method to contact someone she should let me know. I paid for the service andy truck was not found. Someone had parked it out in the sales lot. I went to my truck and it was locked. Had to go ask where the key was. Was told it was with the cashier, it was. My biggest frustration was that there was not even an apology for my inconvenience. I have had my oil changed on this truck twice before and the service was great. Both times someone came in and called my name and went over what was done.
