Thank you to Pablo Minier. He was very professional and friendly. I am just a little disappointed the way the rim looked after the new tire was put on. Quite a bit of tacky, sticky substance all over the rim and tire. I am sure it is used to mount the new tire onto the rim but they could've cleaned up the rim and tire. It was spotless when I brought it in. Thank you

Very poor communication. Bill was 30% higher than I was told it would be. When I picked up the car the TPS light was still on. I looked over the bill and it said I needed an additional $1200 repair.
