The black plastic pieces in the center where the lug nuts are removed we’re all scratched, I Asked for them to be extra careful because it happened before and scratched the wheels and you had to refinish them. this was from the tire rotation and when I mentioned it to her she said that is impossible but other staff saw it and she to get the manager who said he would order a replacement set.
