I was given the multi point inspection checklist with everything checked as excellent and then when I left I discovered that the windshield washer wasn’t working I brought it back and the manager told me what was wrong but the fact that I received the checklist and everything is great makes me wonder if they actually did check!

Everything was good except the check in process. The first man that was helping us was not very nice. We sat for a while till another man came to help us, he was very nice. My son had to get to work and it took 25 minutes for us to check in. I feel that is too long. As I said otherwise all was good.
