The people were great…over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation even with a appointment not so great… maybe make fewer appointments or give me the option to reschedule at a less busy time

I have no issue with Scott Fretwell, but I was expecting both rear brake pads to be replaced during this service. Only the right rear pad was replaced. The total cost for one brake pad plus labor was $328. That seems excessive for one rear brake pad. I didn't notice this until I was home, or I would have discussed this with Scott when I picked up my car. Please have someone call me regarding this service. (****-****-xxxx) Again, to be clear I did not have an issue with Scott Fretwell.

I wasn’t pleased as I was there from 12:50 to 5:05. I had an appointment for 1:00. Well at 3:00 I was wondering what was happening to my cat and they said they just started working on it at 2:30. After another hour Arron came in and apologized that they were having a problem? Well another hour went by and some of your personnel noticed I’d been sitting there for a long time and said check for you. They came back and said there was a line up on the alignment rack and would be awhile. I suggested they should give me at least a discount on my bill. Well that didn’t over very well. So I said why didn’t they tell me it was going to be over 5 hours even with an appointment. I really don’t think a couple things were necessary but I ended very upset and paid $402,00 and change. I’m 80 years old so you would have said we suggest that we drive you home. Sorry but I’m on a fixed income and I really felt a little upset about the whole thing.

I dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday 7/12/22 to be serviced and some other important concerns. I received an email that said I needed to review the inspection results immediately and to either accept repairs or decline them. I chose neither because I had some questions. Since the email said immediately I reached out to Kim immediately via an 800 text number she texted me on, the email, and the number she told me to call on her text. I couldn’t reach her and Mike Matos never is available I guess since I’ve learned he is manager now. I also learned that Kim was off the next day and was sick. Someone should’ve been able to give me some answers. My vehicle sat for two days only to be serviced. I decided to pick up my vehicle hoping that I don’t break down as the result of some of those major issues that were found. I have been a customer of Bev Smith Toyota for years and have spent lots of money on repairs back and forth but I have never experienced such miscommunication before. I don’t feel like I can trust Bev Smith Toyota services anymore. Especially after selling me a bad engine that I thought was new according to my service rep back in 2018. That engine went bad a year later. I am fully exhausted and my patience has run out. Velma R

I was completely satisfied with Tyler as I've dealt with him many times over the years. I had a scheduled appt @ 330 to have my left tire replaced due to a nail near the side wall. While checking all the other tires it they noticed a nail in the right back tire also which could be patched. I approved no problem for additional repair. I feel that 1 1/2 hours is a long time for this svc to be done. Also both tires were not cleaned up and all the sealer used on tire was left on tires & rims. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have been disappointed in the long wait times for services being done. I was there 3.5 hours for a 10,000 mile service which included replacing daytime running light which was burned out. This is my 5th toyota vehicle from Bev Smith in 20 years and I think it's going to be the last. I'm sorry to say that. I have no problem with the service advisors at this location.
