My husband Ross took my car in and waited 2 1/2 hours to get the tires filled although we had an appointment. He missed another appt he had because of that. The tires were rotated the week before but whoever serviced it did not check the tires. Your service seems to be going downhill I am sorry to say.

I wasn’t handed or emailed an invoice and as I was sitting and waiting for my vehicle the portal wasn’t updated as I was sitting there to let me know if my car was in the bay or not. Also when I got back into my car there was trash left in there. I assume the plastic trash that I had seen in there was from a cover that they put on the steering wheel to avoid touching the area due to Covid I’m not sure. From now on if I need any services done I will go to a different mechanic. I have had too many bad experiences here as far as car services go. Also I still feel as if the alignment on my car is still off. It’s still slightly pulling to the left. I wish things were done the right way and I was handed a paper that showed how bad it was and what they fixed so could know for sure. But I will get my alignment checked elsewhere from now on. This was just unacceptable in my opinion. Whether things are busy or not service should not be like this.
