I explained that i needed a tire sensor fix. It was diagnosed by St Lucie Battery and Tires that the front left tire needed a sensor. First, Angel came back and said that service found a litle nail on a tire and fixed it. When i checked after service the Tire Sensor light was still on. I approach Angel and she said it needed to be diagnosed. I was presented with a bill for diagnosing the problem wich i disputed cause the problem was not fix. Angel gave me a discount for the fixing of the tire.and i still had to paid $88.00. If she had listened to my initial reques the issue would have been fixed and i gladly would had pay for the service.

There was no diagnosis and I am supposed to pay for a diagnosis. Isnt this a contradiction? I believe that if there is no diagnosis of the car problem then there should not be a charge. Then Pablo tells me if I want a diagnosis I need to pay over $900 more. What kind of nonsense is this?
