They said they rotated the tires they did not. I had marked 2 of them and they were in the same spot. They said they checked the cabin filter well that is a No as well. Nothing was moved. The list goes on. The service there has become terrible. When my free services are done I will be going elsewhere.

I specifically said: "I need oil and filter change" first time I was told that cost $55, the day of my appt I was told $69 + tax and finally I was charged $101, I think they did that because they rotated the tires. I did not want tire rotation. I was planning to get a new Toyota Corolla but I will never go to that dealer.
