Initially the service rep couldn’t find my car in the system even I have booked the appointment and my car had been associated with the booking by phone. Then he mentioned that my car was not under warranty and asked me where I got the car. I told him I bought it at Bev Smith Toyota last year and there was some warranty on it. He said that he would look into it and if there was no warranty we would “cross that bridge when we got there”.
In the end I received the maintenance I needed but it could have been a smoother exchange.

Kim did a good job as a Advisor. The only reason i came to toyota was because my mechanic couldn't do the job.
I'm happy to have my truck back. I still don't trust Toyota. You guys are like a den of thieves.

As I have experienced in every visit to bBev Smith Toyota, going back almost 5 years, the level of service, the sense of professionalism and courtesy beyond any expectation continues. We are approaching a time in our lives where we will only need one vehicle. At that time we’ll probably trade in both vehicles for an SUV. And when that happens we’ll be right there at Bec Smith Toyota. Kim is a perfect example of what Bev Smith does right.
