When coming in for service,
I was asked if I was interested in trading my vehicle. My answer was no. After my car was serviced, I had to wait until the sales department was available so they could try to convince me to trade my vehicle. This was very frustrating and disrespectful of my time. If you ask a question, respect my answer!!!

Advisor Angel was not very friendly. I received an email for my mom’s birthday, since she is a co-signer on my vehicle, offering me “20% off of on service, maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, or merchandise. Excluding tires”. I came in for my oil change which falls under service/maintenance. I informed Angel, the advisor, of this offer and she immediately said, without even bothering to look at the email, that “we don’t do discounts on oil changes”. I informed her that it specifically said “service/maintenance” does not fall under the exclusions. Again, she told me that discounts are not given for oil changes. I was very confused and asked her to speak with a superior regarding this. A gentleman whose name is Mike, I believe, came over and asked to take a look at the email and confirmed with me that the 20% will be applied to my service for the day. He informed Angel, the advisor, and she immediately had an attitude and seemed upset. He advised her that if the customer has the 20% coupon, then, it can indeed be applied to the service. He also informed her that the coupon excludes tires, which wasn’t an issue for me seeing as I was not getting any tires changed that day. Once he confirmed with her, she was a tad bit nicer to me, but I could tell that she wasn’t being very genuine & I did not find her pleasant at all.
Overall, my experience was fine with the maintenance, however, I’d rather not be paired with Angel as an advisor in the future.

Angel was amazing and took extra good care of me today. I appreciate the variety of coffee and snacks provided as a courtesy as well. I had a not so great service experience during Covid time, but it was due to the clients and not the staff. Today Totally makes up for it. Normally I travel double the distance to the Stuart location just to have quality service but today is making me rethink that journey in the future.
