Kim did a good job by making sure my car is taking care of, she always go above and beyond to make sure her customer is very satisfied and also explain everything so you can understand the problem better I would say job well done

While not in any way a reflection on Tyler, I do wish the industry could make advances on identifying and diagnosing AC malfunctions in a more precise and expedited manner.
