Tech said could not fine lug nut lock socket to rotate tire. Did not see this until I got home it’s written on the check sheet. It is the glove box in plain sight. If would have seen this before I got home I would’ve been able to go back to have the tires rotated. Will be talking to Kia Monday morning about this issue. No one from service asked if I knew where the lock socket was. You would think someone would have asked me but no one did. Don’t think tech even looked in glove box were most people keep it. after my wife drove 2 hours to her appt they insoected the vehicle for an oil leak which claimed they found which she waited 3 hours for they odered the part and told her they would change the oil when the part arrives... they were supposed to call us when the part arrived which they still have not done so now 2k miles over due my oil still has not been changed and its been leaking oil since we bought the car this is the 4th visit for the same problem and nothing has been done about it
