You have horrible customer service. You never return phone calls as a customer I have to come to the dealership to get information. The fact that you only accept paper checks from insurance companies is insane. This process cost us more money than it should have and we had to pay for the work with our own money just to get our car so that we would not incur additional fees for the rental that we already had three days that were not covered by the insurance company. Be assured that I will never purchase another Kia or bring my current vehicle back to you for any reason.

My adviser Jamie was awesome and my experience with the whole service team was really great! Everyone was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The work was efficient, completed around the estimated time I had been told and reasonably priced. This was my first experience with this location and I was hesitant for to some poor online reviews .
