Caitlin was awesome today, explaining everything my car needed to keep it in excellent condition. Great customer service, great personality. I asked for Petra, one of my favorite employees of yours, please relay a message from me that I am praying for her, for quick and complete recovery. I don’t know exactly what happened except that she is on medical leave. Please feel free to give her my phone number. My family are also praying for her. I also want to mention the shuttle driver who was pleasant and kind. I was very pleased with today’s visit and the results of my car.
