Took my auto for recall. Never could do it needed parts and managed to screw up my side passenger mirror and did not want to make good on it
Just said nothing they would do
To make it short Took my car in for recalls couldn’t do them screwed up my car we’re not courteous, and that was the end of that so it was a total waste of my four hours. I would never deal with you people again.

I dropped my car off because my tire kept losing air. I got a call that there was a nail in my tire and that my back two tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I said that was fine because I thought the extra $200 a month I’m paying with Line5 would cover the replacement tires but unfortunately I found out that the people who work in the service department NEVER informed me that my back two tires were worn out and needed to be replaced soon and so Line5 denied the claim to pay for the new tires because my tires were to worn out and I had to pay almost $600 out of pocket because the people in the service department don’t know how to communicate with customers.
