No one will get back to me about my car. I have gotten to drive my 2024 Kia Sorento twice and I have had to bring it in numerous times to get the same thing fixed that still isn’t done. I finally got it back yesterday after almost 2 weeks and the issue is still there and now no one will call me back I assume because they’re tired of dealing with me.

I drove the car home. It sat in front of my house until 4pm. My wife and I went out to dinner and when we finished we returned to the car and the air is not working again. The repair lasted for 7 hours…we will be calling in the morning to let service know it’s coming back in

I don’t know why this message was even sent to me. I get a message from Cory saying my car was serviced and ready for pick up. I drive 2 hours south to pick up car and it wasn’t ready at all. Cory’s text message didn’t explain what service was supposedly done. When I asked he said it was for a detail which I don’t k ow how he was able to do that when the car wasn’t even drivable! So in reality. NO SERVICE OR DETAIL WAS DONE!! Now I am still waiting for the car to get repaired, because KIA doesn’t want to pay for work to be done on it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional! I can see why you only get 1 star rating.
