I reported several issues. I advised the tech I wanted them to do a thorough inspection of all trim and weatherstripping around my car.
When I was notified my car was ready I went and got the paperwork from Fred. I went over everything on paper, but one item was different on paper than what he advised me of by phone. When I asked him about that he said "Excuse me- I have to go talk to a mechanic.
Then I went to my car and noticed the trim on my driver side was up and not tacked down. Then on driver passenger window the visor was also crooked and causing my weatherstripping around the window was being stressed by this.
Tim- a service manager tried his best to accommodate me.
I have to tell you- I am not happy that I have to drive a new car around with trim coming off, or taped on.
Tape on a new car is not a good look for me or KIA!
My husband had passed away and I cannot afford a new car or I would trade it in for another car completely! I have already paid for an extended warranty and a maintenance plan.
This is my 4th Kia -3rd with Bev Smith and I have to say I am not happy with the Telluride at this point after finding out this has been an issue with the 2024's. Yet, I was never notified until I had the issue!
I was told everything was on back order. Yet my paperwork I received did not reflect that when I was going over it with Fred.
