Fred was Excellent. Very helpful and attentive. The service person on the phone was not friendly nor could she answer any of my questions. All she could tell me was I had to bring my car into the dealership. Very frustrating.

Pablo is always professional, courteous, and accommodating! He was having issues this morning with your printer when I arrived and was flustered, however when it came to him acknowledging me as one of his VIPS, he treated me as always, kind, professional and apologetic for the printer issue that was affecting him from doing his job. Bev Smith Kia you need to upgrade or replace your equipment that fails that affects your people from doing their job! I do hope you read these surveys because your service writers need help to continue to produce service orders and do their job effectively for their and your customers!
