Maria was above awesome ! She called 6 times though out the day to keep me posted on what was going on. I'm 50 years old and her customer service was one if not the best I have ever experienced.

Having used the Extended Warranty for the first time it was hard to believe that there was a $100.00 deductible. When I had an Extended Warranty through Toyota there was no out of pocket expense when something went wrong. Also I can not believe that there was no one able to approve the Warranty work on a Saturday and had to wait until Monday morning. If you are going to have the Service Department open there should be someone able to approve the work covered by the Extended Warranty. That is not what I would consider Outstanding Customer Service and honestly I can buy any car if I want average Customer Service but always heard Honda was one of the best but I can see now that Honda does not value Customer Service as much as Toyota. This will be one of the factors I consider when purchasing a new car in the next six months.

I received a call from Honda that my car was ready at 1:40pm, I showed up and didn't get my car until an hour later at 2:40pm. I used a free car wash coupon I received when I purchased my car and they didn't finish washing my car.
