Got a complimentary detailing for my car since last time I came they gave me back my car with oil in my back seat and the rubber on my window came off. Came back for the complimentary detail now when I picked it up, They didnt even clean my trunk when I even emptyed my trunk. I asked to clean my seat belts and still my seatbelts were still dirty when I specified when I called to incude the seat belt. My door side was still dirty the cup holder was still dirty nobody wiped it down, I made sure to take pictures of the parts where they didnt even touch. I complained and the guy who I explained my concerns with stated they will correct it and I waited outside so they can clean the rest of my request and no one came to get my car till this guy MARCOS went and asked if I needed help and explained to him what happened and he did rushed and took my car in the back so he can clean my seat belt and trunk. I would like to compliment Marcos for reaching out since he seen that I was upset looking at my car. If i probably paid the $300 for the detailing out of my pocket they wouldve did a better job on the detailing. I never complain 5 years of coming here to Rock Honda, but its just frustrating and I feel like I wasted time going back and forth.
