I went to the dealership to have the 15,000 mile service done on my car. I was told that my car needed an alignment. I do not know very much about cars. So anything that happened it is my own ignorance. However I do now believe that I did not need the alignment at all. I checked online and according to what was online I did not need it. My sales person miss calculated the estimate at $489. He under estimated by $100. I don't think I should have to pay for that because that was his mistake. However I have a payment plan and I will pay it. But I don't believe I will ever bring my car back to the dealership unless I'm having a free oil change and tire rotation I'm very disappointed.
