The service advisor was great. However the technician is either under-trained or tried to scam me. He put on my records that my cabin filter is dirty needs to be replaced. I find that hard to believe considering I changed it a month ago. The color of the filter I bought is grayish white which can resemble something dirty in which I understand. However not looking at it in detail makes me wonder what other services he has done on my car was half-assed. Furthermore he didn't even put my glovebox back completely (the hinge was still hanging away from the glovebox). Makes me wonder if he did the brake fluid flush correctly.

Andy is amazing, I trust my car and I know that they are being honest with what they are doing to my car. Every time I go in Andy treats us like family and is always attentive to our needs!!! I notice that he has a lot of clients and is always pleasing them and never making them wait because he's overwhelmed!!!
